By accessing or using AgentField (“the Service”), including our website at agentfield.ai, open-source software, documentation, and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AgentField is an open-source AI backend infrastructure platform. The core software is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. We may also offer hosted services, enterprise features, and support plans subject to separate agreements.

The AgentField open-source software is governed by the Apache License 2.0. These Terms of Service govern your use of the agentfield.ai website and any hosted services — they do not restrict your rights under the Apache 2.0 license for the open-source software.

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit malware or other harmful code
• Resell or redistribute hosted services without authorization

The AgentField name, logo, and branding are trademarks of AgentField. The open-source software is licensed under Apache 2.0. Content on agentfield.ai (documentation, blog posts, marketing materials) is copyright AgentField unless otherwise noted.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentField shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
